As part of our partnership with Mannings construction, we were contracted to complete works on several Amazon warehouses/offices in the midlands area.

These projects all involved complex works that required precision planning to effectively manage the time constraints, elevated site security affecting deliveries, confined work areas and working indoors.

The works involved:

-         Breaking out concrete 

-         Carefully lifting the cover slab and inspecting manholes 

-         Installing catchpit 

-         Installing formwork & concrete for penstock 

-         Installing ducting 

-         Reinstate concrete 

-         Installing structural support 


Amazon Daventry also had additional pond penstock works which included:

-         Carefully removing fencing and install gate 

-         Removal of vegetation, sludge and overgrowth 

-         Track matt installation for ground stability 

-         Pumping to dewater pond and remove unwanted material such as twigs, sludge

-         Clean pond outlet 

-         Base slab installation
