This project courtesy of Great Sutton Medical Centre Ltd. and led by Wynne Construction, sees a brand new health and wellbeing village in Ellesmere Port. This 12 acre site will have a village hall and scout hut as well as the 34,000sq ft Medical Centre.

This NHS Merseyside and Cheshire facility has been diligently planned to improve on the existing medical centre and address previous concerns with:

-         Larger consultation and treatment rooms 

-         Increased space for ambulance bays #

-         A larger car park to reduce congestion caused by street parking 

-         A sustainable and community conscious facility that is part of Wynne Construction’s net-zero initiative and will provide better health care for the community 

Platinum Civil Engineering have been instrumental in the development of this project, providing the groundworks including:

-         Site clearance

-         Excavating and breaking out

-         Concreting for the foundations, lift pit, stanchion bases and floor slab amongst other applications

-         Traffic Management

-         Road Markings

-         CBR Testing

-         Drainage works such as surface water, foul water, manholes & inspection chambers, attenuation tanks and headwalls.

-         Landscaping including kerbing, paving, footways, topsoiling, car park formation, access road formation and Grasscrete installation

-         Water and electric ducting installation
