The affordable housing development is located at the stunning Kingfisher Park, surrounded by greenery and a natural pond.

Platinum is proud to be part of One Vision Housing’s affordable rent and affordable home ownership schemes which allows people to rent these properties at around 20% less than market value. People who choose the home ownership scheme (rent-to-buy) increase their ownership throughout the tenure until they have full ownership.

In addition, the houses at kingfisher park have been designed to be environmentally friendly with the intention to reduce energy consumption by using heat pumps rather than gas and the approach of using more sustainable materials.
