Manor Gardens is a 108 houses development presented by 'Your Housing Group' with the remaining 70 houses being completed by Forshaw Construction and will see 2-, 3- and4-bedroom houses as well as bungalows available to buy through shared ownership.
Platinum completed remedial works on the existing drainage and paving as well as the groundworks and civils for the new houses being built.
The project involved a lot of drainage works, foundations for the new houses and formation of the roads & driveways but overall, it was a comprehensive groundworks package including:
