Wrenbury is the largest of our current live works priced at over £3.5 million.
We were awarded the contract in May ’23 by the Sovini Group who are key contributors to the social and economic development growth of the north-west.
The new housing development will provide affordable housing with 45 new homes surrounded by relaxing green spaces and a natural pond.
Platinum will be laying all foundations, roads, sewers, drainage and finishing for the development.
